How far is Cuatro Ciénegas from Monterrey?
Approximately 320 km — about 3.5 to 4 hours by road. We pick you up at your hotel in Monterrey at 5:00am and return you by 9-10pm the same day.
Can I swim in Cuatro Ciénegas?
Yes! In Mezquites River you can swim freely in crystal-clear water at 24°C all year, surrounded by endemic turtles and fish. In Blue Lagoon there is a designated entry area near the shore — full swimming is restricted to protect the ancient stromatolites.
Is it suitable for children?
Absolutely. Most of our tours work great for kids from age 5+. The Essential and Adventure tours adapt to the group's pace. The stargazing dinner is especially memorable for children 7 and older.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes. Private tours for couples, families and corporate groups are available any day with advance booking. You get exclusive use of the vehicle and a dedicated guide. Contact us via WhatsApp for pricing.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund with 48+ hours notice. 50% charge with less than 48 hours. If attractions close due to weather or emergency, we reschedule at no cost.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer, Mercado Pago, PayPal, or cash (MXN or USD). A 50% deposit secures your spot; balance is paid the day of the tour. Credit cards accepted via Mercado Pago.
