1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this Cuatro Ciénegas Tours website, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, we kindly ask you not to use this site.

2. Services Offered

We offer exclusively private ground transfer services to and from Cuatro Ciénegas, Coahuila, on the routes published on this site. The service covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel, tolls and the transport of your luggage. We are not a tour operator: we do not include a tour guide, entrance fees to the attractions, meals or lodging, and we do not sell those services. Availability is subject to change without notice and every quote is valid for 7 business days.

3. Bookings and Payments

Each transfer is quoted individually according to the route, the type of trip (round trip or one way), the number of passengers and the vehicle selected. A booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the quoted amount; the remaining balance is settled on the day of the transfer. We accept bank transfers, deposits and cash payments.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. In the event of a weather emergency or force majeure, the transfer is rescheduled at no cost.

5. Liability

Cuatro Ciénegas Tours is not liable for personal belongings lost during the transfer, nor for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions or events of force majeure. Nor is it responsible for the activities the client undertakes at the destination, as these fall outside the transfer service. We recommend taking out travel insurance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Cuatro Ciénegas Tours or is used under licence. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
