How do I book a tour?
1) Send us your request via WhatsApp or the contact form. 2) We confirm availability within 30 minutes. 3) Secure your spot with a 50% deposit (bank transfer, PayPal, or Mercado Pago). 4) Balance is paid on the day of the tour.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes. Private tours are available for couples, families, corporate groups and custom groups. You get exclusive use of the vehicle and a dedicated guide. Contact us via WhatsApp for a personalized quote.
Can I pay in USD or with a credit card?
Yes. We accept USD cash, bank transfer (MXN/USD), PayPal and credit cards via Mercado Pago. A 50% deposit secures your reservation; the balance is collected on tour day.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours incurs a 50% fee. If attractions close due to weather or official emergency, we reschedule at no cost.
Is transport included?
Yes. All tours include round-trip transport from Monterrey in our Sprinter vans or executive vehicles. We pick you up at your hotel, home or agreed meeting point at 5:00–6:00am.
Are tours suitable for kids and seniors?
Most tours are suitable from age 5. We adjust the pace for families with young children or older adults. The Essential tour is the gentlest option; the Adventure tour has more walking. Contact us to discuss what works best for your group.
